"Petite" Oleander

Fast growing flowering smaller variety that blooms summer through fall. Tolerates poor soil, heat, drought and salt spray. The dwarf varieties are not as tolerant of colder temperatures as the taller, hardy ones. They tend to be more dense in their habit. Can be used in containers or as a low growing hedge.
