Display Gardens
We started construction on 6000 square feet of display beds in the summer of 2010. We used over 3100 blocks, 100 yards of garden soil, eight loads of fill dirt and 24 cubic yards of crushed stone.
Our goal with the construction of these beds is to inspire and educate our customers. We have beds that are themed such as a bed for hummingbird and butterfly plants, deer resistant plants, fragrant plants, Texas natives, succulents and other extremely drought tolerant plants, easy to grow roses such as the Knock Out, Texas Superstars, and a 100' by 3' bed with edibles that will be organically grown.
